House Team Member

Benslow Music is a very special place, where people come to learn and celebrate music. We have 43 bedrooms, a bar and serve three home-cooked meals a day. We make sure our guests have the right facilities for their music courses, and feel welcome.

House team members at Benslow Music work flexibly to meet the organisation’s needs each day. This may mean that staff undertake a variety of duties during a shift, which could include supporting the serving of - and clearing up from - meals, working behind the bar, cleaning and getting bedrooms ready for guests. It's a warm and friendly team who also support preparations for our music courses and making guests feel welcome. 

We're looking for someone

• To provide excellent customer service and guest experience to all Benslow Music visitors.
• To support the day-to-day operations of Benslow Music’s activity, responding flexibly to the needs of the organisation.
• To uphold excellent standards, especially in Health & Safety and Food Safety.
• To help ensure the Benslow Music campus is clean, tidy and well always presented.
