Rosemary Cow

Rosemary Cow studied at the Royal College of Music and Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Her career includes playing bassoon and contrabassoon for top UK orchestras, including BBC National Orchestra of Wales, London Concert Orchestra, and London Mozart Players, teaching bassoon in London and Surrey, and she is also a bassoon reed maker supplying professionals and students around the world. She enjoys coaching and teaching musicians of all ages. Rosie was appointed Principal Bassoon with the English Symphony Orchestra in 2016, Principal Bassoon with Bath Philharmonia in 2022, and second bassoon with Southern Pro Musica in 2016.
