Duty Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a confident, people‑focused Duty Manager to support our evening operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our guests. If you enjoy varied work, leading a team and delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff
- Lead emergency evacuations and provide first aid while on shift
- Oversee food, beverage and bar service
- Keep the campus clean, secure and well‑presented
- Lead the House team and manage shift handovers
- Support room set‑ups and operational changes
- Cash up the bar at the end of each shift
What you’ll bring
- Strong people‑management and communication skills
- A calm, professional approach under pressure
- Good judgement and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to carry out manual tasks
Experience in hospitality, first aid training and knowledge of Health & Safety or Food Safety are desirable but not essential.
