Benslow Music is seeking a confident, people focused Duty Manager to support our evening operations and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for our guests. If you enjoy varied work, leading a team and delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
 

What you’ll do


•    Act as the main point of contact for guests and staff.
•    Lead emergency evacuations and provide first aid while on shift.
•    Oversee food, beverage and bar service.
•    Keep the campus clean, secure and well presented.
•    Lead the House team and manage shift handovers.
•    Support room set ups and operational changes.
•    Cash up the bar at the end of each shift.


What you’ll bring


•    Strong people management and communication skills.
•    A calm, professional approach under pressure.
•    Good judgement and the ability to work independently.
•    Willingness to carry out manual tasks.

Experience in hospitality, first aid training and knowledge of Health & Safety or Food Safety are desirable but not essential.
