Head Chef
Job Description
Benslow Music is seeking an experienced, hands on Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver exceptional food for our busy programme of music courses, concerts and events.
You’ll take ownership of all kitchen administration—menu planning, costings, budgets, stock control, ordering and compliance—while producing high quality dishes that meet a wide range of dietary needs. You’ll manage a team of chefs and kitchen assistants, maintain top tier Food Safety standards, and ensure our kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently and professionally.
We’re looking for someone with Level 2/3 Food Hygiene, strong communication skills, excellent organisation and the ability to work flexibly in a fast moving environment. Managerial experience is desirable.
