News Story

We are thrilled to share our refreshed brand identity and redesigned website, marking a significant step forward in our mission to support music lovers of all ages and backgrounds. After more than a decade of service, the previous brand and website have been retired to make way for a refreshed, accessible and engaging digital presence.

The update reflects our commitment to evolving with the times and responding to the changing needs of our communities. Our new website is easier to use with better search facilities for existing participants, borrowers, concert-goers and supporters, and will also welcome new audiences as they discover the joy of music-making.

“The Benslow Music brand and website have served us well for over a decade, but time and technology move on. As we face the realities of a post-COVID world, it’s time to propel ourselves forward so we can continue to support our existing participants, borrowers, concert-goers and donors, and our newcomers.”

Michael Duffy, Chief Executive of Benslow Music

It will take us a bit of time to change over all our materials, so please bear with us while we make the updates. The good news is that our website and social media channels have been changed already, and you can also look out for our updated newsletter – now called ‘In Tune’ - in your inbox.

The new website offers improved navigation, works better on mobile phones and tablets and – in time – will have enhanced features for booking courses and concerts online, and finding out about borrowing instruments. It also supports our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, as the new system is built with energy-efficient infrastructure that reduces carbon emissions.

If you spot anything which needs changing on the new site, please let us know by emailing communications@benslowmusic.org.
