We want everyone to feel welcome at Benslow Music. Here’s how we make our campus inclusive, comfortable, and easy to navigate for all visitors.

Wheelchair access

All ground floor areas of our campus are accessible for wheelchairs
Two en-suite bedrooms are designed for wheelchair users in the Coach House
There are accessible toilets in Waldeck and the Main House

Essential companions

Essential companions of course participants sharing a room stay free and receive complimentary meals
Essential companions of disabled guests receive free entry to concerts (excluding Night of Jazz)

Dietary requirements

We cater for vegetarian, vegan and medically diagnosed diets
Please let us know your needs in advance so we can prepare accordingly

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the site
We offer four acres of outdoor space for them to enjoy
Please note other pets are not permitted

Wi-Fi Access

Free Wi-Fi is available across the campus
The password is displayed in the foyer
